I absolutely cannot remember where I saw the video but if you are reading this and can send me the link, please do. It was a woman, who took her mother shooting, testifying to congress on the efficacy of guns like an AR-15.

The woman starts out by explaining that her mother likes shooting but doesn’t do it nearly enough and with a pistol, in perfect conditions she can barely make shots that would be considered deadly from 5-10 yards when she starts shooting. The woman then hands her mother an AR-15 with a holographic sight and in the first magazine from an adequate distance she is able to target vitals on a silhouette target accurately.

This brings us to the point of the video, if your mother was home alone and getting attacked by someone who wanted to kill or harm her, which gun would you want her to have? I personally would want her to have the most effective people possible. My mother and all Americans out there deserve to have the most adequate means of protection available.
